Terms of service

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. For e-Transfer bookings, please send payment within 24 hours of booking — unpaid bookings auto-cancel.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your session — full refund.
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund, or full credit toward another session.
• Under 24 hours or no-show: no refund. (Life happens — write us if there’s a real reason.)

Age requirements

Students under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian during the session unless otherwise arranged. We’re happy to host kids — just let us know in advance.

Studio conduct

We aim to keep the studio welcoming, calm, and inclusive. The instructor reserves the right to refuse service or end a session for disrespectful behaviour; refunds are at our discretion in those cases.

Materials & work

Supplied materials are included in your fee. Work you create is yours to keep — we may occasionally photograph the studio for our own social media; let us know if you’d prefer your work not be photographed and we’ll respect that.

Liability

We do our best to keep the studio safe. Art-making does occasionally involve sharp tools and staining substances; you assume normal risks of participation.
