Who we are

Little VanGogh Art Academy (“we”, “us”) is a private art-instruction studio based in Calgary, AB. We’re committed to handling your personal information responsibly under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Your name, email, and phone — when you create a booking or contact us.
• Booking history — session, date, payment status.
• Email-deliverability metadata via our email provider.
• Anonymous analytics — page views, device type, referrer (via Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking). Stored under their respective privacy policies.

How we use it

• To confirm and manage your booking.
• To send class reminders and (rarely) follow-up notes after a session.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it.

Third parties we share data with

• Resend (email delivery) — name, email, message body.
• Stripe (when online payments are enabled) — payment details handled directly by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Google Analytics & Google Ads — anonymized usage analytics.

Your rights

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@erinys-art-studio.ca.
